• Vitamin K2 helps improve bone health and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Vitamin K2 activates two calcium-binding proteins called carboxyglutamate and osteocalcin, which help build and maintain bones.

• May help fight cancer; two clinical trials show that Vitamin K2 can reduce liver cancer recurrence rates and increase survival time.
